Kickoff is a business development consultancy tailored to branding and design agencies. Founded by Yale Buchwald, Kickoff specializes in mid-size to small agencies and studios.

Yale was previously a New Business Manager at COLLINS, where he worked directly with the CEO on all new opportunities for the firm. In his tenure at COLLINS, Yale managed the entire COLLINS new business pipeline as the right hand operator to the CEO. He helped to increase COLLINS’ revenue by 27% in 2024, where the agency recorded its third consecutive year of record growth. Yale participated in hundreds of RFP discussions, writing and submitting over 150 bespoke proposals in under two years for contract sizes between $300K-3M+.
